All website content, source code, branding, logos, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to MTOK Technology. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe, Razorpay, and PayU.
• Full payment is required prior to the initiation of any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
• MTOK Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, unlawful behavior, or security concerns. You may request termination of your account by contacting our support team.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.
